Returns and Refunds

COFFEE + MERCHANDISE

we aim to please but if for whatever reason you are not happy with the quality of your coffee please contact us on hey@girlswhogrindcoffee.com and we can work with you on the best solution.

IF YOUR GOODS ARRIVE DAMAGED, FAULTY OR THE INCORRECT SIZE PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL TO DISCUSS YOUR OPTIONS. IF RETURNING T-SHIRTS AND MUGS PLEASE NOTE THAT THEY MUST BE RETURNED IN UNWORN/UNUSED CONDITION.

if you are completely not happy with your purchase please return within 7 working days and we can refund your purchase. *please note we are unable to refund the postage costs.

Your privacy is important to us. We never share, sell or in any way distribute your information to anyone.

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address – credit card payments are processed through Stripe so we do not have access to your credit card details.


Complaints

ALL COMPLAINT EMAILS WILL BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY GIRLS WHO GRIND COFEEE WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS AND fully respond within 21 working days.
